Why on earth is it taking so long for the second round of stimulus checks? Whatever is holding up your money, you’re far from alone.
Well it’s thought that there will be less checks going out this round. So odds are a new negotiating point has emerged in the discussion over whether or not to send them. It seems the lawmakers are making up the rules as they go and are considering a new , lower $40,000 income threshold in order to qualify for the payments. Obviously if this happens this means fewer Americans would get checks.
A new negotiating point has emerged in the discussion over whether or not to send Americans another round of federal stimulus checks
The second round of stimulus checks will probably come once the senate is back from their planned recess. They have been on a break since last Friday, July 3 and will not be back until next Friday, July 17th. It’s ridiculous that they would take a break right now before passing the coronavirus bill.
Cory Scott Gardner serving as the junior United States Senator for Colorado since 2015 took to twitter to express how he felt about the timing of this recess:
“It’s unfathomable that the Senate is set to go on recess without considering any additional #COVID19 assistance for the American people. Anyone who thinks now is the time to go on recess hasn’t been listening. Coloradans and Americans alike have sacrificed and are hurting.”

Do you think the Senate should get back to Washington DC and cancel their recess? We think They should all come back in early to finish the job.
These people do not care. The picture is very clear that Mr. McConnell is just a evil Human being who just needs to be removed ..
Taking care of us Americans first is what they should be doing but it’s obviously not that important to them.
